Her HR/OD expertise includes Executive Search, Job Evaluation, Performance Management System, Strategic Planning, Capacity Building and Field Supervision. She is also a key part of AASA Consulting’s role as an Independent Expert for Education Management Organizations (EMOs), for the Sindh Education and Literacy Department.
